Involved with a variety of communities across various disciplines, where believing in possibility is the norm. Having firsthand benefitted from the power of coaching, I want to contribute to other people’s lives in the many ways in which mine has been enhanced. I make effort to balance the actions I take with intelligence and heart.

Headquartered in San Francisco, I work locally and globally.

Professional:

20 years experience in technology across a variety of functions. Global Engineering Manager at S&P 500 Financial Services company. Owned technical product backlog for a $550M ARR product line. Managed quantitative engineers, software developers and data scientists. Led and optimized scaled agile transformation for global financial research content product line. The past couple of years, I’ve been shaping up a new career chapter focused on expanding my inner world in balance with my technical and business sense, I began my elevation journey with a 30-day silent meditation retreat in India. Upon my return, I experienced a year of phenomenal coaching from School of Inspired Life, of which I received my coaching certification from in April 2024. Throughout this time, I explored a variety of conferences and workshops* to expand my communities of interest and make time for areas of study that had been on my bucket list.

Today, I enjoy working with innovators, founders and creators in bringing their visions to life, while creating a fulfilling life throughout their journey.

Personal:

Grew up on the Florida/Georgia border and moved to San Francisco for the appeal of living in an even more global environment. Graduated with honors and top of class in Computer Science from Mills College without having had access to a computer prior to college. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset and after an internship at a Silicon Valley startup, envisioned a couple independent programs in areas I wanted to dive more deeply into, one of which became a class offering in computer networking at Mills.

Leadership is something I grew into at a young age, despite being a quiet introvert, because I was driven to make a positive change in the lives of those around me. In high school, I was elected student body president, created an executive committee to interconnect the presidents of the 5 high schools, and represented the voice of the 38k students in my county to the School Board. The work I focused on was widespread; from creating anti-violence programs across 13 schools, student campaigns, etc. I worked mindfully for the students and educators to be set up for success. My passion to learn, grow and contribute has enabled me to experience much of the world. It is an interconnected ecosystem, rich with possibility and abundance.

Post-college, I’ve invested significantly in self-development, coaching, business development and leadership programs. Each has deepened my awareness in areas beyond tech that propelled me forward in career and in life. A few of the multi-disciplinary areas I’ve explored: AI, sociology, leadership, self-development, meditation, education, entrepreneurship, coaching, health, mindfulness, engineering and business. It has enables me to create a meaningful community, see interconnectedness and potential partnership opportunities as well as the ability to share deeper information paths.
